Factory

Our factory was established on a total area of ​​57.000 square meters, 25.000 square meters of which is closed and 32.000 square meters are open, in Van OSB. Equipped with modern technology, our factory consists of 3 production facilities, namely marble, granite and new technology, and can make all kinds of cuttings in accordance with world standards.

New Technology

While the weight of 1 square meter of natural stone with a thickness of 3 cm is 81 kg, the weight of 1 square meter of natural stone with a thickness of 2 centimeters is 54 kg, thanks to the new technology, the weight of 1 square meter stone decreases to 10 kg. In transportation, 450 square meters of natural stone with a thickness of 2 cm can be loaded on 1 truck, while natural stone can be loaded up to 2000 square meters thanks to the new technology on the same truck. Therefore, since a truck will be able to carry a larger amount of product, the transportation costs are 4 times less. A 3 cm thick natural stone is applied to the exterior with a mechanical system. While the cost of this corresponds to 200 TL per square meter (excluding stone), the cost of exterior application decreases by 1/4 (excluding stone) with the new technology. In addition, it provides many technical advantages to the practitioner. When a product of 2 cm thickness is taken from a block weighing 1 ton, a product of 10 square meters is obtained. When new technology is used, a product of 40 square meters is obtained from a block weighing 1 ton. As a result of this, the reserve of the quarry increases 4 times, natural resources are consumed more consciously and we have the opportunity to transfer our natural wealth to future generations.

Earthquake risk is high in many countries and especially in Turkey. An important issue in earthquakes is the weight of the buildings. Thanks to the new technology, the load on the building is reduced by 5 times with natural stone. Thus, the risk of possible loss of life is minimized in our country, which has experienced many earthquakes due to its tectonic structure.

In order to minimize the energy loss in buildings, 2 millimeters of natural stone can be applied on perlite with a thickness of 1 cm. For this reason, the heat and sound insulation insulation properties of the building are provided. This also reduces energy consumption. Due to the thinness of our products combined with glass, much more aesthetic products can be obtained by making use of the light transmission feature of some stones. In this way, the natural beauty of the stones can be better exhibited. Natural stones obtained with new technology can be combined with materials such as ceramic, wood, perlite, betopan, aluminum honeycomp, glass, aluminum composite, acoustic panels and can be used in many areas such as exterior and interior coating, jacketing, flooring, furniture industry and yacht industry. .
